Evil Serpent Part 2
I so enjoy these quick little A&E pieces. This is The Evil Serpent by Examplars from the Heart. I love it because it's just a bit 'different'. It was such a fun quick stitch too.

As much as fun as I have had stitching Adam, Eve and the Serpent I think it's time to move on :-). I know I will return to the A&E's, I have many more charts in my stash and Paradise Lost languishing in my stitching bag. For now though there are other charts calling my name rather loudly and I think they deserve a bit of attention. On my short list: BOAF Peace House, Blackbird Designs Hannah Lovina, and Little by Little Ann Pennsylvania Peacock. I also want to get back to the BBD Anniversaries of the Heart series too.

Wow, Katrina, it's very colorful and pretty. It will look great with your other A&E's and your beautiful new plate.
Hi Katrina,
Love your A&E finish. Unusual colors and I like the "smallness" of the design. Congrats on a delightful finish!!! Smies....
Congrats on your finish Katrina. It looks wonderful and will make a nice addition to your A&E wall, along with the lovely redware plate.
Great size, great colors, great fun!
What a wonderful stitch! What fabric and count did you use?
Just catching up on your blog - katrina I'm so proud of you doing 3 posts in such a short period of time ! Love seeing all your beautiful stitching - the A&E redware plate is awesome and will look great with your growing collection of A&E's. We've been seeing some snakes in our yard but since we are only a block from the slough (pronounced slew) and 3 blocks from the river and a huge lake off the river - I'm never shocked but am always surprised they are so bold to slither right across my pool deck in broad open daylight.
Beautiful finish Katrina! I love the colors! Looking forward to seeing what you get back to! :)
Love love love this one - I totally need to stitch it. The colors in it are fantastic. Congrats on another snakey finish!!
I love it! Great stitching -- you're going to have a great A&E wall!
Wonderful finish Katrina!! I know what you mean about "time to move on for now"...I do the same thing, will get stuck on a theme or designer and do nothing else for weeks or months, lol!
But you've had some wonderful finishes and I hope you continue to post more!
xoxo
Oh this is such a cute one, Katrina. Love it! Gosh you have some very lovely A & E lately!
Wow!! Another finish! Love the colors of this one.
Hugs!
What a lovely, lovely finish, Katrina! It's getting more and more difficult to resist the A&E sampler craze, with all of these wonderful pieces being stitched!
Another great finish Katrina! I love the colours in this one.
Congratulations, it's a really charming piece!
What a great finish girl! Congratulations!
So cute! At first glance I thought Eve's thighs were bigger than Adam's, but I counted and nope...same size! Doh..at my house my thighs are quite a tad larger than hubby's! Love the colors on this A&E!
How cute is that!! I love the giant blue and pink striped bird next to Adam...fun, fun, fun :)
What a great finish Katrina! I love all the colors. And go you on the regular blogging!
Hi Katrina,
I love your finish! I think your A&E's are looking wonderful.
I also love your Eldreth pottery plate. I didn't see one like it when I was there. It's beautiful! Thanks for your wonderful comment on my blog. I'm really looking forward to meeting you at the SB retreat. I am not going to the classes, but I'll be hanging out with Jolene, and Terri, so I'm sure we will get time to stitch together.
Have a great weekend.
Can't wait to see what you do next.
Congrats on the completion of Evil Serpent~ you did a beautiful job, but you always do. We all have so many of those "other charts" calling our name! :)
Have a wonderful weekend!
Congratulations on the finish, Katrina! It looks great. I have this chart, just need to get stitching it! It'll look great with your new Eldreth plate. :)
Congratulations Katrina, it's lovely
lookin' good! Your future plans also sound great. :D
That's a great finish! But Adam better look out - that bird looks hungry to me! ;)
Your Sarah Seifert and Evil Serpent finishes look just gorgeous. The more I see of these A&E projects the more I feel drawn towards them. Maybe I'll become an A&E stitcher, too.
BTW, I can easily understand your love hate relationship with snakes, lol. Although I have never had any bad experineces with snakes I don't like them either.
Katrina - I certainly hope that you see this. I don't know why your blog escaped my reading. I'm so thrilled to see your Evil Serpent Sampler! Wasn't it a fun one to stitch? I love mine and it will look good with your new plate (and after you snatched that one they had on their website, I ordered one too! LOL
this is lovely work. Real compliments
Pat
